Custom domains
Easily host your booking page on your own URL, keeping consistency with your brand. Hosting for calendar and other pages is coming soon.
If your main website is mycompany.com you can host your booking page on
booking.mycompany.com. While you can replace booking
with whatever word you like, you cannot host your page on a path such as
mycompany.com/booking.
Follow the steps below to get started.
You first need to go to the add custom domain section on your business setting page.
From there click the + New domain button.
A pop-up will show up. In the Custom domain box, enter the URL you would like to use, such as booking.mycompany.com.
You can add any URL parameters in the mapped domain box to target specific ad or tracking campaigns, locations, staff or services.
Once you are ready you can click the Add domain button and your domain will be added to the list with the status Validating and should look like the table below.
You will now need to find your DNS provider such as Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Porkbun or others. If you already know your provider you can skip this step.
To find out your provider you can go to Who is type in your domain and scroll down to the Nameservers, you will then find out your nameserver provider. If you try it with priorly.io you can see our namesevers are cloudflare.com.
You will now need to log in to your providers control panel.
Find your providers DNS management page. They will usually have a guide on how to find this and manage records. If you are having issues we may be able to help or you can contact your providers helpdesk.
Once you are on the DNS management page, we can add the required records.
To the records we need to add:
Once the record has been added it can take a bit of time for it to take effect.
Refresh your business settings page after a bit of time and your table should now look like:
Now when you go to booking.mycompany.com it will show the content from mycompany.priorly.io.
