Calendar overview
The Priorly calendar gives your team a real-time view of bookings across services and staff, with day, week, and month views for planning and operations.
The calendar view
Open Calendar from the docs sidebar to view appointments on the time grid. The left side panel includes quick date navigation and a service/staff legend.
Jump to a specific day quickly from the side panel.
Service colors map directly to appointment blocks.
Each staff member is color-coded for easier scheduling visibility.
Shows booking time and patient details. Click to open the booking.
Hatched slots indicate unavailable times or out-of-hours periods.
A live line marks current time to help with same-day operations.
Navigating the calendar
Use the previous and next arrows to move by one period. Search can find appointments by patient, email, service, or booking ID.
View modes
Switch between Day, Week, and Month depending on the level of detail you need.
Single-day detail view for managing busy schedules.
Seven-day planning view for most daily operations.
Higher-level capacity and trend view across the month.
Unavailable slots
Hatched slots represent unavailable staff time or outside-working-hours periods configured in Settings.
Unavailable or out-of-hours time blocks cannot be booked directly.
