Fulfilling orders

Priorly supports two manual fulfilment paths: fulfil all items in one action or fulfil selected items for partial shipments and optional tracking.

Prescription orders are usually fulfilled as part of clinical finalisation. This page covers standard manual fulfilment.

Two ways to fulfil

Fulfil order from Options

Marks all unfulfilled items as dispatched in one action.

All items at once

Fulfil items from Items section

Choose specific items and optionally provide a tracking number.

Item-level control

Use Options -> Fulfil Order on the order detail page to dispatch all unfulfilled items immediately.

Warning

Fulfil Order applies to all remaining unfulfilled items with no item selection step.

Use Fulfil items in the Items section for partial fulfilment and tracking entry.

Select items to ship, optionally add a tracking number, then continue to mark the selected items as dispatched.

Field	Description
Item selection	Choose exactly which items are included in the current shipment.
Tracking Number	Optional manual entry when not generated through a carrier integration.

Use Generate to create a shipping order or tracking number when a carrier integration is configured.

Tip

You can also generate tracking while fulfilling items so both steps happen in one flow.

Priorly groups fulfilled items into shipment entries and includes tracking in customer notifications when available.
