The list

Every article, with its topic, who wrote it, its status, when it next needs checking and when it changed. The tabs show published articles, drafts, ones due a check and archived ones.

New article

Write one, then publish it.

Checks

At a healthcare business, each article has a date it should be checked by. When it's due, its menu has Confirm it's still right.

Publication settings

Your articles' name and address on your store, your articles page, topics, the people who write and check them, health advice, a writing guide, and how they show in search and when shared.

Product groups

The words and products of each product group's page. Edit group, change its details or products, then Save draft, or check it in Review and publish and click Publish this group. Every group uses the product group page template, which is in Pages.

Lead forms

Turn one of your forms into a sign-up, enquiry or download box you can put on any page. New lead form asks which form and what kind, then Copy snippet gives you the code to paste into a page. Deleting a lead form also deletes the leads it collected.

Assets

The images, stylesheets, scripts and fonts your store uses, in folders by type. Upload files, or drop them on the page. Copy URL gives a file's address to use in a page or your code.
