Selling
How customers check out on your store, what they answer before they can buy, who approves their orders, and what your store's search finds.
Checkout
- Checkout closed
- Close checkout for a while, and choose where customers go instead, like one of your waitlists. Priorly asks before it closes.
- Express payments
- Apple Pay and Google Pay. Apple Pay needs your store's addresses registered first: Register all.
- Checkout behaviour
- Whether customers see a box for order notes, a marketing opt-in and a discount code field.
- Delivery
- Your delivery options, and the delivery estimates customers see.
- Card input styling
- How the card payment fields look.
Some of these save as you change them; others have their own Save button. Taking payments is set up in Payments.
Purchase journeys
What a customer answers before they can buy, which products they can choose from, and who approves the order. New journey, then fill in Details, Products and Rules, and publish it from Review and publish. A journey whose rules need fixing says so, with Fix rules.
The questions come from your forms, and orders that need approving go to a review queue.
Review queues
Who can approve orders that need checking, like prescription medicines. New review queue: give it a name, choose its members, and whether they need to be an active prescriber. Staff then review the queue's orders in Orders.
Search
What your store's search box finds: products, product groups and articles (shown as guides), how closely it matches, related words it searches for, and what each result shows. Then Save settings.
