Bulk actions
Bulk actions let you select multiple orders and apply updates in one pass for faster batch operations.
Selecting orders
Select individual rows or use the header checkbox to select all visible rows. A bulk toolbar appears once selection starts.

| Generate | Generate shipping orders or tracking references for selected orders. |
| Open print output for selected orders such as picking or packing documents. | |
| Options | Open state-changing actions for all selected orders. |
| Export CSV | Download selected order data for reporting or external workflows. |
Options actions
Options applies one action across the full selected set.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Fulfil orders | Mark selected unfulfilled orders as dispatched and capture payment where applicable. |
| Mark as on hold | Move selected orders to On Hold until reviewed or resumed. |
| Assign to staff member | Assign selected orders to one team member. |
| Send notification | Trigger notifications for selected customers/orders. |
| Cancel orders | Cancel selected eligible orders after confirmation. |
Generating shipping in bulk
Generate creates shipment artifacts across selected orders. With carrier integrations configured, tracking and shipment records can be created automatically.
