Adding notes
Internal Notes let staff add private context to an order for handovers, clarifications, and follow-up actions.

Notes are internal only and never shown to customers.
Adding a note
Open an order, go to Internal Notes, enter text, and save. Notes are stamped with author and timestamp.
Editing and deleting notes
Staff with order permissions can edit or delete notes. Deletions are permanent.
Customer called to confirm updated delivery instructions.

Use notes for context that is not obvious from timeline events, like phone conversations or manual follow-ups.
