Apps

Apps add features to Priorly, like dispensing labels or picking list settings, or connect a service you already use, like Xero for invoices or SendGrid for emails.

Your apps

Open Apps, under Team and tools in the sidebar.

Your apps: What's installed, where each works in Priorly, and its status: Active, Paused, Needs attention (like a lost connection, with a button to fix it) or Setting up. An app's menu has Pause app or Resume app, and Remove app.
More apps: Apps you can add, built by Priorly: Install, or Connect for a service of your own, like SendGrid.
Private apps: Apps your team builds for your business only. Try a new version in Sandbox mode before it goes live.

Click an app to see what it does, where it works and what it can access, and to change its settings.

Xero: Sends your invoices to Xero. Connect Xero signs in to Xero; disconnecting leaves invoices already there. See Invoices.
SendGrid: Sends Priorly's emails, and your own, through your SendGrid account, with your templates and automations. Connecting it asks for your SendGrid details and sends a check email first.
Secure Documents: Protected storage for customer documents, with your own key, for a monthly price.

Apps are for business admins, and staff a business admin gives the Apps permissions: Create installs apps, Edit changes their settings and pauses them, and Delete removes them.
